Axal (axal.com, x.com/getaxal) is building the world's most intuitive savings platform, starting with stablecoin yield (iOS, Android).

Blockchains democratize savings, but the ecosystem is fragmented - isolated DeFi protocols, dynamic lending markets on different chains, multiple real world asset providers to monitor, and more are too complex for anyone to manage.

In one click, Axal invests across top risk-adjusted yield strategies and rebalances as conditions change (APY, TVL, liquidations). Fully non-custodial, leveraging smart wallets and TEE permissions.

Team & Current Usage

Axal is led by Harvard alums, former employees at AWS, SIG, TikTok, Fidelity and OKX, a former U.S. Army Captain, and a YouTuber who did John McAfee’s final interview (1M+ views). Axal raised $2.5M from a16z CSX and other top funds/angels at leading companies (MoonPay, Citi, EtherFi, Morgan Stanley).

Since launch this August, Axal has attracted $5M into the platform from nearly 4,000 users in 50+ countries. Axal has built 10+ institutional relationships with financial and tech titans: Coinbase, Citi, Robinhood, Circle, MoonPay, Privy, Alchemy, and more.

You don’t want your legacy to be the same as every other developer, building mind-numbingly boring APIs or forgettable widgets for big tech. You hate the thought of landing SaaS partnerships that help no one but a few executives or doing bitch work for your boss. You care about your work, want to build something big, and win.

Too many talented people have become risk-averse sheep - we’re building a team, and building a platform, for those who take the leap. You’re getting in at the ground level of a startup building the end game of yield for the world, and we expect you to give this your all. We frankly couldn’t care less about the logos on your LinkedIn profile, how many years of experience you have, or how great you are at LeetCode if you don’t share our drive.

• The core team is based in NYC. You must be willing to move to work in-person. Very rare exceptions for specific roles/talent.
• We move quickly. After applying, expect an initial discussion about your interest and background, a take home project/task, and a final interview. The whole process will be <2 weeks.
• We compensate competitively in cash, equity, and benefits - we’ll cover food, housing, transport, and other expenses so you can focus fully on shipping.
• We’re deep on cutting edge of finance, cryptography, and web3.
